Our spiritual director is Khenpo Konchog Gyaltshen Rinpoche of the Tibetan Meditation Center in Frederick, MD. Khenpo Rinpoche comes to Pittsburgh a few times a year to give teachings to our practitioners and the general public. Our practice is deity meditation, focused, on a rotating basis, on Manjushri, Vajrasattva, Chenrezig, or Green Tara. The TRDC also sponsors some special events: teachings by Khenpo Rinpoche; occasional visits by other Lamas; and video and Dharma study nights. A newsletter appears quarterly.
