Company Description: In the spring of 1997 the Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Football Association began a community-based youth rugby program in the Pittsburgh region. Since that time, we have concentrated our efforts on the development of our youth programs with a focus on underprivileged at-risk youth in the Pittsburgh area.
